go-e Charger Gemini flex 22 kW – portable wallbox for the red 32 A CEE socket

The go-e Charger Gemini flex 22 kW is a portable wallbox that you plug straight into an existing red 32 A CEE three-phase socket – no electrician, no wall mounting. At home on the wall bracket or on the road in the boot: with the app, RFID and up to 22 kW, you can charge wherever there is three-phase power.

What it can do

• Plug in instead of installing: The flex is never opened, needs no mounting and moves from the wall bracket to your car in seconds.

Good to know

• Charging cable: A Type 2 cable is not included – our Weidmüller Type 2 charging cable, 5 m, 22 kW is a perfect match.
• Protection: The socket must be protected by a Type A RCD and a miniature circuit breaker.
• Wi-Fi only: no mobile network, no LAN. For smart features without Wi-Fi, there is the flex 2.0 with eSIM.
• Switzerland: The adapter cables are not permitted there.
• Grid registration: According to go-e, in Germany even a portable wallbox must be registered with the grid operator; for 22 kW you also need the operator's approval. In Austria, check with your grid operator whether they require a notification.

Frequently asked questions

Do I really not need an electrician?

Not for the flex, provided the red socket has been installed properly and is protected by a Type A RCD. New sockets must of course be installed by an electrician.

Do I need 22 kW?

Only if your car can charge three-phase at 32 A. Many EVs charge at 11 kW – in that case the cheaper flex 11 kW is all you need.

Can I charge from a household socket?

Yes, with the original adapter, single-phase and at reduced current. For everyday use, a three-phase socket is much faster.

How long does a charge take?

At 22 kW, a car with a 60 kWh battery is full in about three hours, provided it can charge at 22 kW AC; at 11 kW it takes about six.
