E-LEIWAND CHARGING – Niederkreuzstetten Municipal Office

The new EV charging station at the municipal office, Kirchenplatz 5, 2124 Niederkreuzstetten, is now available for use.

Charging instructions

There are three options for authorising and starting a charging session:

  1. Preferred rate via the SmartFuelPass (SFP) app ```
    1. Registration

    2. Download the SmartFuelPass app
      Download the SmartFuelPass app by Ultima Payments from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:

      The applicable charging rate is displayed in the SmartFuelPass app.
    3. Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
    4. Select the charging point in the SmartFuelPass app and start charging.
    5. After a few seconds, the charging session starts automatically.

  2. Without registration: pay directly at the payment terminal by debit or credit card
    The payment terminal is mounted on the pillar to the left of the charging station. ```
    1. Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
    2. Select the charging point (left or right) on the payment terminal.
    3. The applicable charging rate is displayed on the terminal.
    4. Select the maximum amount in euros to be pre-authorised.
    5. Tap your debit or credit card on the terminal. A beep confirms successful payment authorisation.
    6. After a few seconds, the charging session starts automatically.

  3. With a third-party charging card via roaming ```
    1. Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
    2. The rate of your e-mobility provider applies.
    3. Hold your charging card against the marked area below the display. A beep confirms successful authorisation.
    4. After a few seconds, the charging session starts automatically.

Ending the charging session:
To end the charging session, preferably stop it using the vehicle key, the charging controls in the vehicle itself or the SmartFuelPass app.
