Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Your satisfaction is important to us – which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all orders.
30-day return period
Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return period of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods. You may return ordered items to us within this period provided that they are:
- undamaged,
- complete, and
- where possible, returned in the original packaging to help prevent transport damage.
Please note: this extended return period applies in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 11 FAGG.
Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you continue to have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins when you receive the goods. An informal notice (for example by email) is sufficient, or you can use our withdrawal form.

Return shipment & refund
You bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed with us.
After successful inspection, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method.
Products that have already been installed, are damaged or are no longer in as-new condition may be excluded from the voluntary return arrangement or may only qualify for a partial refund, subject to your statutory rights.
Exceptions to the return & withdrawal rights
The following may be excluded from return or withdrawal where permitted by law:
- Wallboxes, charging stations or PV components that have been installed or put into operation,
- products showing significant signs of use or irreversible installation marks,
- individually configured systems or components ordered specifically for you.
Important information for technical products
Please handle all components carefully and only carry out tests that do not leave permanent marks or installation-related modifications. Returns can only be processed smoothly when all original parts, cables, operating instructions and packaging are included.
