The eBOX professional cable is a compact, robust AC wallbox compliant with calibration law, delivering up to 22 kW via a permanently attached 6.5 m Type 2 charging cable. It was developed specifically for commercial and semi-public operation – wherever legally compliant recording and billing of charging sessions is required. The wallbox is always supplied with the latest firmware version and is therefore ready for immediate use – without additional updates.

The wallbox offers maximum connectivity: flexible online connectivity via Wi-Fi, LAN or 4G, plus a replaceable anySIM slot that allows free choice of backend. The eBOX professional cable can therefore be integrated seamlessly into existing OCPP backends and commissioned easily.

Plug & Charge in accordance with ISO 15118 provides state-of-the-art user functionality and a convenient, automated charging experience. Integrated onboard load management enables intelligent networking of multiple stations without additional hardware. Combined with a smart meter such as Shelly or Siemens, dynamic load management can also be implemented efficiently and without additional system costs.

The eBOX professional cable EKA meets the requirements of Austrian and German calibration law and is therefore ideal for semi-public and public charging points. The high-quality, weather-resistant IP54 enclosure and well-designed construction make it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

With compact dimensions of 515 × 225 × 235 mm and a weight of around 8 kg, the wallbox is easy to install on a wall or, optionally, on a pedestal. The ergonomic coiled 6.5 m cable enables convenient one-handed operation and tidy handling. The LED light ring provides clear feedback on the current charging status.

Important information on setting up the Compleo eBOX

Setup of the Compleo eBOX via the eConfig app is now only available to a limited extent. The app can currently be used particularly on older Android versions; reliable functionality is not guaranteed on newer devices.

Regardless of this, the Compleo eBOX can always be set up and configured reliably via a LAN connection and the browser-based WebConfig interface.
