The go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 is designed for private households and small businesses. It enables cost-effective and sustainable charging of electric vehicles. Apart from being fixed rather than mobile, the go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 11 kW offers the same range of functions as the mobile go-e Charger Gemini flex 2.0 11 kW.

No Wi-Fi? No problem

Smart charging is now also available to anyone without Wi-Fi or with a poor Wi-Fi connection at the installation site. The SIM card integrated at the factory in the go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 provides free mobile connectivity for at least five years (4G LTE Cat-1 or 2G/EDGE as a fallback). It can then be extended for €12 per year. If you have a go-e Controller, seamless communication between the two devices is also ensured.

Mobile connectivity including roaming

The go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 11 kW comes with a non-replaceable go-e eSIM. For larger B2B projects, a customer-specific nano-SIM can be installed at the factory. The LTE connection can be enabled or disabled in the app or via the API. Mobile connectivity with the go-e tariff works in all EU countries as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein, including free roaming.

Keeping your go-e Charger up to date

Updates can now be received not only via Wi-Fi but also over the mobile network. Thanks to over-the-air updates via the integrated SIM card, you can access new features and optimisations even if your wallbox cannot be connected to Wi-Fi. This keeps your go-e Charger continuously up to date so it can remain a reliable companion for many years.

Installing the go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 11 kW

An electrician can connect the go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 quickly and easily to any existing junction box, saving time and money. Immediately after installation, the wallbox is ready for its first charging session. The go-e Charger does not need to be opened during installation and must not be opened.

The fixed wallbox has a 1.8 m connection cable for permanent connection to a power-distribution box. Unlike the go-e Charger Gemini flex 2.0 11 kW, the go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 11 kW therefore has no plug and cannot be used as a mobile charger. It is the smart solution for anyone who needs an intelligent home charging station for permanent wall installation.

Important note: due to legal requirements, the go-e Charger Gemini 2.0 11 kW may not be used in the following countries: the Netherlands, France and Italy.
