The SOLO smart cable is a compact, connected AC wallbox with up to 11 kW charging power and a permanently attached coiled Type 2 cable for particularly convenient and tidy handling during everyday charging. It combines high safety standards with modern communications – ideal for private or commercial use.
An integrated MID-compliant energy meter enables precise consumption measurement and transparent allocation of costs. With OCPP 1.6J and Modbus TCP/IP, the SOLO smart cable can be integrated seamlessly into energy-management systems, backends or fleet solutions. Connectivity is provided via LAN or an optional 4G modem.
An RFID reader provides secure user authorisation, while the RFID whitelist can be managed conveniently via the DUCTO web interface.
The SOLO smart cable meets high safety requirements with:
– Type A RCD with automatic self-test and resettable service RCD
– 6 mA DC residual-current detection
– Type 2+3 surge protection in accordance with DIN EN 61643-11
All protection components are fully integrated into the enclosure, reducing installation time, space requirements and costs. If the residual-current protection trips, it can simply be reactivated via the sliding cover – without requiring an on-site service visit.
Thanks to the Modbus interface, the SOLO smart cable can be connected to common energy-management systems that enable dynamic load management, ensuring efficient and safe charging in private applications.
